I find where work gets stuck — and build the system that moves it.

I work inside the business to understand the real process, then build what it needs: internal tools, connected customer experiences, APIs, automations or AI agents. Ukrainian engineer, based in Portugal.

Your business probably doesn’t need more software. It needs the missing system between the software you already have.

Information copied between tools

The same customer, order or decision is recreated by hand across inboxes, spreadsheets and software.

The undocumented workaround

One person knows what really happens when the official process stops working.

Exceptions derail the normal path

The happy path is documented. The edge cases consume the time and create the risk.

AI still needs supervision

The demo looks impressive, but the team still checks, corrects and carries every result.

What I actually do

Map the operation

People, tools, data, decisions, handoffs and the exceptions missing from the written process.

Find the intervention

The smallest change with the clearest effect on time, revenue, risk or customer experience.

Build the missing system

An internal tool, customer-facing product, API integration, automation or agent — whatever the operation needs.

Make it survive reality

Human gates, verification, ownership and infrastructure that keep the system useful after the demo.

Product thinking and production engineering in one person. APIs · MCP · agents · evals · infrastructure · customer experience.

How the work happens

01

Observe

Work with the people doing the job and see what happens when the documented path fails.

02

Map

Make the tools, data, handoffs, decisions and exceptions visible.

03

Choose

Prioritise the intervention with the strongest operational effect.

04

Build

Create the smallest complete system that fits the real operation.

05

Verify

Run real cases, preserve judgment where it matters and give the system an owner.

Not every step should be automated. The goal is a better operation — not more AI.

Engineering

Where it was stuckSourcing a manufacturer in Portugal meant trade fairs, phone calls and somebody's spreadsheet — nothing made the country's industrial capacity searchable by material, process or certification.

The system3,168+ Portuguese producers mapped and indexed by what they can genuinely make, with material, process and compliance intelligence on top.

What changed: an engineer arrives with a datasheet and leaves with a supplier shortlist and a 90-day route to first batch.

Extension, MCP server, catalogue

Where it was stuckThe licensing infrastructure for Ukrainian type already existed. Nothing brought it into the tools designers actually work in.

The systemA modern layer on established architecture. My co-founder runs the largest font licensing company in Ukraine; Shryftoriz puts that catalogue where the work happens — a browser extension, detection inside Canva and Google Docs, and an MCP server AI agents query directly. Every face points back to the person who drew it.

What changed: 4.7 / 5 on the Chrome Web Store, riding licensing rails that already serve brands like McDonald's and United24.

Architecture, MCP server, infrastructure

Where it was stuckRunning many projects at once meant many disconnected tools, and not one of them could be driven by an agent.

The systemOne place to run projects, ship landing pages and market products, with a deep toolset behind it. Everything sits on a single data model exposed through an MCP server, so any AI agent can drive the work — with per-action authorisation and self-hosted infrastructure underneath.

What changed: the page you are reading is an artifact published by agtc.app. The contact form is wired straight into its marketing layer — send a message and the notification lands in my messaging app immediately.

How to work with me

Operational Systems Audit

€6,500 · fixed · 2 weeks

We map one critical workflow, find where value is being lost, and define the smallest system capable of changing it.

  • Present-state workflow and exception map
  • Build, automate and preserve decisions
  • System architecture and measurable success criteria

Embedded Build

From €18,000 · scoped after the audit

I build the missing system inside the tools and processes your team already uses.

  • Scope fixed in writing before anything starts
  • Weekly shipping, not weekly status
  • Verified against real work, not a demo script

Systems Partner

€9,000 / month · 2 days a week

Ongoing product and engineering partnership across operations, internal tooling and AI.

  • Minimum three months
  • Your code and infrastructure from day one

Fixed scope before a start date. If I don't think I'm the right person, I'll say so in the first call.

Show me the bottleneck

When it's bigger than one person

Some work does not fit one engineer. For that I bring in my team at Sphere Partners — engineers in 28 countries, two decades of building at that size, for companies like DoorDash, Groupon, BP, JFrog and DigitalOcean.

Enormous systems, delivered fast, with the precision that keeps a client eight years instead of one project. Same first conversation either way.

  • 21 yearsenterprise delivery
  • 600+projects delivered
  • $2B+client revenue impacted
  • 93%delivered on time
  • 300+clients, top 20 with us 8+ years
